Your first visit will last approximately 1 to 1 ½ hours. During this visit, you will receive a therapy evaluation and treatment plan for your particular problem.
We recommend comfortable clothing and footwear as therapy sessions involve exercise, stretching, and strengthening. Shorts are preferable for knee, ankle, or foot problems and tank-tops or sleeveless shirts are preferable for upper body problems.
You can reduce the overall time required on your first visit by downloading and completing your new patient forms, located below. If your doctor gave you a prescription/referral, please remember to bring it with you along with your insurance card.
